Responsibilities
As acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Tone is also responsible for Statkraft’s Finance functions. The Head of Corporate Audit reports administratively to the CFO on behalf of the CEO.
Relevant experience
Tone Skuterud has broad leadership experience from both the energy and telecommunications sectors. She has held several executive roles in Telenor, including Chief Transformation Officer in Telenor Norway and Senior Vice President within Leadership and Culture, as well as Governance and Sustainability in Telenor Asia’s management team in Singapore. Before joining Telenor, she spent more than a decade in Statkraft in roles such as Senior Vice President for Financial Reporting, Accounting and Strategic Finance, and Senior Advisor for Internal Audit and Senior Advisor for Corporate Strategy. She has also worked with financial reporting and advisory services in Microsoft and Ernst & Young.
Skuterud holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
